Begonias are beloved houseplants, primarily famous for their incredibly unique foliage variations and variegations, from polka dots to fuzzy (or spiky!) leaves. Begonias tend to be slightly high-maintenance, and are generally considered to be a little more advanced of a houseplant, but don't let that stop you from trying!
This plant is named for the tiny hairs on its leaves that resemble eyelashes and is the little sister of the Begonia Rex! Eyelash begonias look truly exotic, with tightly spiraled leaves of green and brown. Its pink and white flowers will bloom over the colorful foliage.
Basic Needs: Bright, indirect light. Does not like to be soaking wet, but also cannot handle being dry for extended periods of time. We recommend small, but frequent waterings. PRO TIP: to grow a more evenly bushy begonia, rotate your pot every week so a different side is exposed to light-- this will encourage more even growth from all sides!
