Begonia, Pink Spot
Scientific Name: Begonia maculata
Common Name: Pink Spot Begonia, Angel Wing Begonia, Polka Dot Begonia
Begonias are beloved houseplants, primarily famous for their incredibly unique foliage variations, and variegations, from polka dots to fuzzy (or spiky!) leaves. Begonias tend to be slightly high-maintenance, and are generally considered to be a little more advanced of a houseplant, but don't let that stop you from trying!
The Pink Spot is a delightful begonia with dark green-crimson foliage and minuscule spots of rosy pink scattered across the leaves. If you are lucky enough to get yours to bloom, it will also boast dainty pink blossoms.
Basic Needs: Bright, indirect light. Does not like to be soaking wet, but also cannot handle being dry for extended periods of time. We recommend small, but frequent waterings.
***Due to the unique nature of plants, the one we carefully choose for you won't look exactly like the photos. but it will be just as beautiful!
