Burro's Tail
Scientific Name: Sedum morganianum
Common Names: Burro's Tail, Donkey Tail, Horse's Tail, Lamb's Tail, Stonecrop
Burro's Tail succulents are perfect for hanging baskets, their fun "stacking" leaves can get up to 2 feet long and are great trailing plants. These are low-maintenance when it comes to care, but are very fragile and their leaves and stems will break if you look at them wrong. On the other hand, those leaves and stems are very easy to propagate and you can pop them back in the same pot, or start new ones from the inevitable breakage that will happen when you own a Burro's Tail.
Basic Care: These need very well-draining soil and since they are a succulent, they will absorb water into their leaves to hold on to. Water only when the soil is completely dry. Burro's Tails love bright light, but can tolerate low light as well.
***Due to the unique nature of plants, the one we carefully choose for you won't look exactly like the photos. but it will be just as beautiful!
