Originally found in Asia & Australia, the Ginseng Ficus is a fun and funky houseplant, known for its chunky ginseng-like raised roots. These are a popular plant for bonsai collectors as well, whether they are just starting or consider themselves bonsai experts. The Ginseng Ficus has delicate deep green, glossy leaves and is a great addition to any indoor plant collection, whether it gets the bonsai treatment or not!
Basic Care Info: Needs medium to bright indirect light, these do not tolerate low or no light locations. Well draining soil, preferably a bonsai mixture, water when top 2+ inches are dry, do not overwater. Needs humidity, regular misting or humid location is ideal.
